It was my first experience of having someone close to me being sent off to fight for our freedom. Thank you Uncle! This song was written after seeing the advertisement for the movie, "Passion of the Christ". Dedicated to Roberto Alvarez ("Tito") in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. Roberto learned this song quickly and played it for me to sing at the Church in Tela, the summer of 2008! He also sang the first verse in Spanish to our mission team our last night in Tela. God Bless you and your beautiful family! I will never forget you and all the friends I met and hope to see again!

Dedicated to my beloved Fort Miller Reformed Church in Fort Miller, NY, where my roots are. I first sang this song in 1994 with my three children, Nicole, Shane, and David hanging onto my dress.
